Photography tour starts at the Colombus statue where we can get a panorama of the city and catch some images from the sea port, the ship activity and the local monuments.
From there we move to Barceloneta in a nice walk through the sea boulevard. Barceloneta is the exact point where the old city meets the sea and where we can get an amazing view of the littoral. In a short walk we will reach the Port Olimpic, where some examples of contemporary architecture and sculpture will be waiting. Among them is the celeb sculpture “The Whale”, by Frank Gehry, a Golden fish built on top of some of the most famous sea food restaurants and “xiringuitos” of the beach that makes a beautiful cluster with the buildings and the glass windows reflecting the sun around.
Walking along the shore we can reach the next beach, Bogatell, less frequented by tourists and with the modern scenery of the Poblenou district.
